Hear what Broadway Star Howard McGillin has to say

When I was just seven years old, meeting Clark truly changed my life—and my family’s. He came into our lives at a time when we needed someone to believe in me, and he did just that. Clark was one of the first people to introduce me to the performing arts and helped me discover my passion for acting, singing, and dancing. His guidance shaped the foundation of my craft and set me on a path that would eventually allow me to become an actress and travel the world.

Now, all these years later, it’s come full circle. I run a youth nonprofit in Los Angeles called ROC ERA, where I teach underserved and at-risk youth the same lessons that Clark once taught me. Recently, he joined us for a workshop—and watching him inspire my students the same way he inspired me was a moment I’ll never forget.

Clark is an incredible human being who not only cares deeply about his craft, but also about every student he teaches. His impact lasts far beyond the classroom, and I am forever grateful for the role he played in my journey.

— Aurianna Angelique, Founder & Executive Director of ROC ERA
