• Just completed the novella, Johnny-In-A-Box, a new contemporary allegory for middle grade readers 

 

JULY 2025

• Blaine and I just wrote our first musical together. It's based on my DING DONG DELIVERY fractured fairy tale series! Couldn't be more thrilled.

• Just returned from Uganda missions trip.(see Media page)

• Situation-Sheep: A Teen's Quest For Greener Pastures, my first YA novel got three 5/5 from Readers' Favorite critiques and unanimous praise from AI platforms (GPT, Poe, Claude, Gemini, etc.) Publishing offer from Histria Books.

• finished Hooray For Hollywood!, a dramedy screenplay star vehicle received "strongly consider" or "recommends" from top AI platforms. 

• working on TV pilot for "Situation Sheep"

• Kailey's taking singing lessons with me (the highlight of my week!) My brother Scott too!

• Super proud of my current and former voice/acting students who recently gave phenomenal performances in musicals etc: Andrew (Hadestown, SOPA,) Beckett & Josh (Urinetown at San Marcos,) Asher, Joseph and Leo (Addams Family at Laguna Blanca,) Ever (ANNIE at Providence), Nevaeh (Tik Tok - navaeh.ma.rie Parental Warning!) and Nate (who recently performed in Nashville) Great job everyone! Keep it up!
